Web Design in Taylor, TX

A website that shows your work, for Taylor, TX electricians, plumbers and HVAC crews. Taylor has an old side and a new one: a National Register downtown, and the Samsung chip plant the state announced.

About

When a neighbor passes your name along

I'm Carter, and I build websites for electricians, plumbers, HVAC crews and roofers. Plenty of jobs start with a name passed along by a neighbor or the shop next door. Then that person looks you up on a phone, and your website is what they find.

So your site has to back up what they heard. It should sound like you, show your own work and put your number a tap away. That's the job of website design for a trade, and it's where my web design starts.

A name passed along points to a person, and so does Fletch SEO. Behind the name there's no web design company, just me. The website designer who writes your pages is the one who reads your messages and makes your edits.

I'm based in Austin and build websites for home service businesses wherever they are. It all happens online, so working together is easy from anywhere.

Pecan Street Pools Sample business

Pecan Street Pools is a made-up Austin pool company, built the way I'd build yours: a call button on every phone screen, pages for the main services and a quote form.

Old downtown, new plant

From Main Street out to Samsung Highway

Start on Main Street. The state's historical marker there says the town was laid out along the International & Great Northern Railroad and named for a railroad executive. Downtown is listed on the National Register as the Taylor Downtown Historic District, and the city's Main Street program works to fill every downtown building with businesses and residents. Shop or apartment, each one needs its wiring, plumbing and AC kept working.

Then head out. US 79 and SH 95 cross in town, so jobs come from four directions: west toward Hutto and Round Rock, north up SH 95 toward Granger, south toward Elgin, and east along US 79.

Then there's the new side. The governor's office announced that Samsung would build a semiconductor plant in Taylor, and CAMPO and TxDOT have proposed widening FM 973 from Samsung Highway to US 79, citing growth in the area. A family new to town has no neighbor to ask yet. They search, look at a few sites, and call the one that explains the job plainly.

How it works

  1. 1Start

I talk with you about your business and what you need.

You pick a plan and pay by card or bank account.

  2. 2Build

You fill in a short, easy setup in your portal, and I build your site from your answers and your photos.

You review your preview, with one round of changes.

  3. 3Grow

I launch your site on your own domain.

Your portal keeps your leads, your edit requests and your messages with me.

Questions

Phones, plans and reviews, answered plainly

If I add Voice AI, which phone rings first?

Yours. Setup asks which phone calls should ring first, like your cell, and when: the same as your business hours, or times you set. If nobody picks up, Voice AI answers, takes the details and sends you a summary. You choose what it asks callers, like how they found you. It's part of Website + Voice AI and Full Service.

What does every plan include?

The whole website, designed and built for you. Every plan includes a site built for Google with basic SEO, pages for your main services and the first few towns you list, a call button on every phone screen and a quote form that sends leads to your email and your portal. Your own photos, your colors and, with your OK, your real Google reviews go on it. Hosting, upkeep, your own domain and reasonable small edits come with it too.

Is there a contract, or do I pay month to month?

No contract. You pay month to month, plans start at $197 a month, and you can cancel any time. Billing stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and you pay by card or bank account. If a plan stops making sense for your business, you're not locked in, and your domain stays yours either way.

Can you help me get more Google reviews?

On Website + Google and Full Service, yes. I send review requests to the customers you add, and I answer every review that comes in. The reviews themselves are written by your customers, on your own Google profile. I can't promise how many you'll get, and I'll never write one for you.
