Web Design in Bee Cave, TX

If your Bee Cave tree service, landscaping or pool company works carefully, I build websites that show it. The town is named for the Mexican honeybees that lived along Barton Creek.

About

A town that looks after what grows

As a Bee City USA affiliate, the city shares pesticide information with homeowners, along with more natural formulas that protect bees. Its oak trees get rules of their own. So a homeowner here may care how a crew works in the yard, not only what the job costs.

I'm Carter, the website designer behind Fletch SEO. Tree services, landscapers, pool companies, plumbers, electricians: my web design is for all of them. Here, the care you take is part of what a homeowner is choosing, so my website design puts it in plain view. Tell me how your crew works, and your service pages can say so. Photos of your own finished work back it up.

I'm based in Austin and build websites for home service businesses wherever they are. It all happens online, so working together is easy from anywhere.

Pecan Street Pools Sample business

Pecan Street Pools is a made-up Austin pool company, built the way I'd build yours: a call button on every phone screen, pages for the main services and a quote form.

The city's oak rules

One oak limb, taken step by step

Say a homeowner calls a crew to take a limb off the oak over the driveway. In Bee Cave, the saw doesn't come first. A tree care company has to apply for a city permit before it trims or removes a tree.

The reason is oak wilt. The city says the area has a high oak wilt rate, and that the fungus can spread through a neighborhood, killing most of the oaks in its path. So oaks should be pruned only in the low-risk season the city sets, and pruning outside it can bring a fine. The city's advice for any cut on an oak: paint the wound.

That's why the choice of crew reaches past one yard. A fresh cut left unpainted can let the disease in, and from there it can move down the street. A homeowner picking a tree service here is picking for the neighbors too, and your trimming page, your photos and your reviews are what they pick from.

Questions

From the photos to the preview

Which job photos should go on my tree trimming page?

The ones that show how you work, not only the brush pile at the end. A clean cut where a limb came off. That cut on an oak, painted over. A tarp spread over the flower bed under the limb. A homeowner who cares how a yard is treated will spot details like those, and they say more than a promise of careful work.

Should my domain have the town's name in it?

It doesn't need to. A town in your domain invites spelling slips, and it leaves out Lakeway, Dripping Springs and the other towns you work. Town names belong on your town pages. A short name a customer can say out loud or read off your truck door is easier to remember.

Do I pay before I see a preview of my site?

Yes. First I talk with you about your business. Then you pick a plan and pay by card or bank account; the Website plan is $197 a month. Setup and your preview come after that, with one round of changes. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel any time.

What if I think of a change after my one round of preview changes?

Then it becomes an edit once your site is live. The round of changes is for the preview, and after launch, a small edit like a new photo is covered on every plan. Say a job gives you a shot you're proud of. Send it my way and I'll add it myself; Fletch SEO isn't a web design company with a staff, it's me.
